Career Assessment for Optimal Career Path
What is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?
A career assessment developed by Isabella Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, with the goal of helping individuals choose careers that are of interest and satisfaction to them.
Why take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?
It is not uncommon to accept employment based on personal circumstances rather than consideration and exploration of a career path that will bring the most satisfaction and fulfillment. In the current job market especially, you may have defaulted into a job that you’re less than passionate about. Or if unemployed, you may be unsure as to which jobs you can best market yourself for. The MBTI can help you find the career path that’s optimal for you based on your preferences, interests and abilities.
